The ProMISe™ Hotel application offers the ability to export data onto a word document or excel spreadsheet. This feature makes it simple to develop customized documents such as labels, revenue reports and many others. Property management reports can be generated with the aid of many tools including: Word, Excel, Crystal Reports® and other reporting tools. The ProMISe™ Hotel database is an open relational database and our customers can create almost any customized report required.

Built In Reports Includes:

Reservation Confirmation. A simple confirmation report demonstrates that a selected room has been reserved for a specific guest. No other guest can reserve this same room until the previous guest checks out.. At this time you may either print the report or just simply click done. View example of this report.
Arrival/Departure Report. These reports list the guests arriving or departing on the selected dates. View example of these reports.
Managers Audit Reports. Specify any dates for which you would like to see the occupancy activity. This report helps to determine which dates and or seasons are most profitable, how many guests arrived on selected dates and so on. View example of this report.
Customer Invoices. A Client payment performance analysis reports may be generated.
Guests Summary Information
Weekly Unit Reservation Calendar. View example of this calendar
Daily/Monthly and Yearly reports. Using Excel and Word you can determine which rooms are most profitable. Also you can send special invitations to guests that have stayed at your property and have spent a certain amount of money.
Unit Reports
View reservations submitted on a specific date.
